Refund & Returns Policy

At Cutey Toy, we want you and your children to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and how returns are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
1.3 Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used toys that cannot be safely resold.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items (if stated at purchase).

2. Defective or Damaged Items

2.1 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Include photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number when contacting support.
2.3 We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping.


3. How to Return Items

3.2 Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3.3 We will guide you through the return shipping process.


4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
4.3 Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color, if available.
5.2 Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
5.3 Shipping fees may apply for exchanges unless the item was defective or damaged.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

6.1 For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6.2 For defective or damaged items, Cutey Toy covers the cost of return shipping.
6.3 We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns to ensure the package is delivered safely.


7. International Customers

7.1 Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes when returning items internationally.
7.2 Refunds will be issued in USD after the item is received and verified.
